I saw this too. There like a bunch of spraytags. It was more than 3. There was like 11 or 13 Spray tags of Vagos.

Everyday they come at Ganton and spray up the hood,there are atleast 15 tags in the hood

I spoke with Lowride, he's so sorry about those tags, since he's newbie he doesn't deserve a punishment, I explained everything to him and he will /wipetag all over limited tags, 3 of his tags will still exists since that's allowed.
