The Dope Peddlers are a tight-knit group involved in the sale and distribution of narcotics around Los Santos. They came about after the collapse of the "Dollar Mafia" when the leader was incarcerated with charges of attempted murder against LEO's. Dope Peddlers can be seen mostly around the Jefferson area, and are known to avoid confrontation with the street gangs that surround them; as this would be bad for business. The only notable drugs they've been seen selling are marijuana and powder cocaine. Don't let their small numbers fool you however, they are believed to have connections with other forms of illegal activity; such as arms dealing, making them a worthy adversary to any enemy.

Behavior consists of members selling only to people they know, trust, or that have been vouched for by someone else. Mainly selling their drugs in places they know well or know to be safe, such as their homes or places where they set the meetings. (We'll try to stick to this, but on a server like WCL, you can understand how that's hard. People expect the dealers to go to them, when that's not how it works IRL, at least that's not how I've seen it go down. So I call to WCL players, try and RP finding a dealer to give you a fix, it promotes more detailed roleplay.)

Some background information on the character responsible for this...
Sean Greene was born on April 21st, 1995 in the County General Hospital located within the Jefferson district. His parents were two residents of Temple at the time, an area afflicted with gang violence and drug dealing due to the Temple Drive Ballas takeover and the war with the Families. Shantelle Morris, his biological mother, was a dope fiend like most African-American mothers living in the ghetto at the time. His father, DeShawn Greene was a member of the Families gang, a young man trying to make a name for himself in the cold streets. He ran his own crew, and his journey to the top was eventually cut short when he was shot and killed by law enforcement during an attempted heist in the betting shop. Not soon after, Shantelle's depression worsened; leading her to a peaceful overdose of black tar heroin on her bed. When neighbors complained of the stench, law enforcement was sent over to check on the apartment, only to find the rotting remains of her body and a crying Sean and siblings.

This all happened at Sean's very young age of four years old, and with no parents or known family; he was sent to a foster home and separated from his siblings. He spent his life living with a white family in the same area after they adopted him, taking him out of foster care. Sean was involved with only white children his whole life, as that was the only thing he'd ever known. When he finally reached his teen years, he started getting into the world of drugs; marijuana specifically. Hanging out only with the Caucasian crowd at his school, doing some selling of the plant until senior year when his high school career ended. The major stoner remained in Temple, becoming associated with former Saints Flats members in Market. It wasn't until he met members of the "Dollar Mafia" in Ganton that he decided it was time to move out of Temple, seeing business opportunity elsewhere. The nineteen year old packed his bags and headed for Jefferson; moving into a house with the money he'd made selling for the organization. When news came of the leader's incarceration, he saw the chance to take over and make tons of cash.

Thanks for the reminder, I forgot about IRL.
I'll take some pointers from what I've seen my dealer do IRL, lol.
Yah, I'll try and make it as realistic as possible from now on.

Well, i support Rhyme for this.
All members are doing good, especially when i was roleplaying with Rashid and Katie. The way Katie Rped was realistic.
