To understand the story of Momo, you would have to know he used to be one of the biggest influences in young latino gangs in the southside of Los Santos. He had a deal for his own personal benefit with one of the drug organizations of the city where he allowed them to sell every kind of drug and take control of Hispanic turf for a cut of profits. He also allowed the Ballas, a main threat for every latino gang in the city to occupy turfs closer to their own, to maximize profit of drug sales, which in turn would give him a bigger payday. This was going against the rules of association with afro-american gangs/organizations and to detriment of his own race his prison superiors dictated. After pressure to ally his own brainwashed gang with another set, in risk of losing all the power and deals he had, Momo decided to flee from the state, and he will now have to live looking over his shoulder until the day he dies. Snitches get stiches.
