How does your character look: My character attempts to look like a guy of the age from 33 but it should have a look like the age of 28, Normal brown Tshirt, Gray pants, brown cap and a Purple rag under the cap with golden chains
Tell something you know about this gang: I know that this gang is known around the hoods of the civilians behind the Jefferson motel, and they are a notorious street gang, rolling dices on the corners and doing gang related activity
Your background story: The gang is formed by a guy named Donald Lavelle back in the days he was around the block with his neighbor friends around 1974,
once a day Donald ( hoover ), Had some business to handle at an another criminal block because his grams and mags got ripped when he came home and saw his house got fucked up and sprayed down by an another gang from the other side of the town, on the moment he noticed his house being extremely screwed he felt anger and was away for some hours, and on the moment he just got back from the murder he commited. He wanted to ride around in his ashy old 70's Coupleville so Don was cruising around the streets, waiting and watching some gangmembers from an another block so they could get cought slippin, but then he heard some gunshots so he went to his own turf and noticed his brother Derick wich got shot 4 times on the chest and 3 times on the back of his neck with an AR-15 and a fake mac-10 wilst he tryed to jump over the fence. So on the same day of the shootout he just died next to the tree of his house, the attackers where from a Mexican latino gang.
The moment Hoov noticed his brother dieng he went crazy, he started gangbanging more, killing. And spended almost over 5 years in jail, and is now out on bill for a legendary shootout on a Latino Gangmember, from links to the crew that killed his brother over 16 years ago, but Hoovers activity right now is all about putting street robs on, stealing civilian cars with crowbars at night to earn eligal money and rolling around the gas station from the Jefferson towers. So the gang is now doing gang stuff wich is based on selling stolen stuff to make money with and walking with gats so they are protected against the enememy neighborhoods from the other side of the town wich come tru incase at night. And since the crack epidemic broke out, the gang had needed to watch out for the streets because it got more dangerous with niggers tryng to pull your brains out for a gram of cocaine. The gang is also known as african american guys rolling dices at the corners from the turf they control, or lean n talk about some gangshit they have just done or did, They are one of the feared gangs in Los Santos since they control around 4 streets with a gas station and a motel, the gang is hiding there guns and eligal stuff against the police at yards from the cribs around the hood and behind the Jefferson motel, If somewhone wants to join the gang and be a part of the niggas wich roll the hood up, then he must put some work in for the set wich claims the Rollin height turf, and that kind of stuff could be, Robbing stores, Stealing something, Killing somebody, Crossing the turf of a gang we dont know with a spraycan if they had negative intensions against us, and you also got your homies with you so if you walk around the street and get popped by some kind of nigga wich trys to rob you or fuck you up, we will be there to defend you against them, or if its to late, you have to describe the guy and also remember if he had some colours on his self, you have got to stay loyal to your hood and dont snitch, if you ride away with your bike telling us that your going to do some work wilst your going to an enemy turf to talk some business we did with our enemey, then know you are simply death, we are about to beat you up and let you die in a corner if we notice it, or if you tryed to escape and took a crib from an another hood, then we would visit you and pop you'. If you are going somewhere without us you have gotta tell that to us and then roll away, but dont put some shit against somewhone or something without us, if we stand with the group round the corner of the block, and a car comes up or some guy with colours we dont wear around, then it has to gotta be a do or die moment, when shit goes down it goes down, when we see you telling you aint down then it sure is cool, but we will find it out anyway no mather how. The gang is about knowing your own hood and who you roll and fucking with, you cant be a softass pussy because its based on the do or die mentality. The whole city is already dangerous enough to get you fuckedup so the gang cannot be dissapointed. If a nigga in the gang acts tough against you and you feel like your getting dissrespected, then its not about grabbing a gun and shooting him, you sure can fuck him up by a 1vs1 fight or diss his ass in a freestyle rap battle right on the street.

Why do you want to lead this faction: Because i think i got really much knowledge and gang information about the stuff wich was going on back in the days at the 80's till 2006 in Compton, and also that i could roleplay a notorious gang leader wich could mentor younger guys that live a life in the same neighborhood, and i want to keep this faction active and alive with some of the heavyest gang roleplay.
List the members you have so far: Till now i dont know any but i know some old members wich aint in the gang anymore i think. For now, 'Shade.' only.
Can you be a good and active leader: I can be online max 5 hours or 6 to 7 once i get home every single day, but only on wendsday i gotta be inactive till 18:20
Did you read the gang leadership rules and do you agree with them: I readed them all and accept it also. And i got enough power and spirit to lead a gang. *I am in full agreement with West Coast Life Roleplay faction rules*

Explain the term PG: PG is known as powergaming, and that includes doing unrealistic stuff such as, '' running to a car wilst getting drive byed and kicking the car, or pressing ' g ' to sit back in a ride wilst being followed by 3 gangmembers in a brawl. Using a sniper in a street shootout or fighting the person wich is shooting bullets at you instead of doing /crack
Explain the term MG: MG, is telling OOC stuff in the IC chat instead of /b. or telling the location of a shootout or that you need help tru /pm instead of using your phone, wich is OOC so thats also MG. Or telling how somewone's IC skin looks like the Singleplayer skins, thats also MG because that person could maybe use skin mods.
Give an example of a good /me command: /me notices the hustler from the gang comming up to him and attempts to shake his hand wilst pulling his pants up and lifting his arm to the air.. /me looks nervously around the corners from the street incase a police car would be able to come tru or a car from the enemey gang turf.

Rollin Heights Ballas Gang Guide


The rollin heights ballas are an American African street gang and one of the most feared gangs in los santos witch make use of drug profit, gangbanging, burglary’s, street rob. Paybacks on other gangs around the city by doing drive by’s and murders, wallbanging witch includes going to an enemy neighborhood and spraying a dopespot so they can notice you have been putting work in there turf once you hitted the block wilst they were away from the spot u have been visiting. The Rollin Heights Ballas are based on the Acacia Blocc Compton Crip set in Alondra Boulevard at W/S 200 Claude ST and Acacia Ave 1100.


About the gang



The Rollin heights gangmembers can be seen across the city around the spots from the Jefferson Towers and the Hospital till the Glen Park jewelry store and the Jefferson motel and your able to catch some of the guys infront of the yard with boomboxes and dices or at the corner from the street with the 40z bottles, the gang is currently wearing purple but they also wear brown as an alt color, and the young guys wich got the Tiny Gangster rank inside the underground gangster culture rock the brown color as most. You might think the gang is about some young college guy’s wich wear all those newschool clothing like Obey or Chicago bulls only and act tough because they are with many friends at 1 spot, well its not like that, the gang is 100% based on real and original gangbangers from the neighborhood they live in and they are not to be joked around with, you could catch none of them doing something in the enemy neighborhood, because they got no reason to be over there, so if your coming tru to there own hood, your coming tru wrong and the chance your getting beated up and left alone in the alley is big. And about the clothing, the gang clothing includes the oldschool 87 and 90’s style such as wide brown shorts with a golden belt and a white Tshirt, golden rings on the fingers and a fat chain on the neck with purple bandana’s, oldschool clothing such as baggy jeans long Tshirts, and cheap lumber tshirts with cubes on it or normal striped tshirts like a farmer would wear. And not some kind of crap like red skinny jeans and adidas hightop sneakers with a pink moncler jacket, unless you can afford high brand clothing such as Gucci or Louis Vuitton ofcourse, that wouldn’t really be a big problem.
One of the most important things you gotta keep up in the streets of the block and the set is your reputation and respect, don’t let the leader tell you what the gang is up to do tonight or at day, be creative and show that you can be a guy with a fresh mind and make some ways up to roleplay something togheter or ask that you wanna do something, or that you wanna show the gang stuff you have been doing meanwhile when you wasn’t at the group, so the members and the O.G’s could be proud of you and notice that you can put work in instead of being a busterass nigga wich hangs around daily and keeps his mouth shutted only to have people wich could watch his back. The gang has also alliances between the Temple Drive Ballas gang after a big war of shootouts and drive by’s and the gang also is good and brotherly in close friendship with the Kilo gang from Glen Park the 3 sets have been clicking up and created a name called Kilo Drive Height’s Ballers, the KDHB gang reunites and chills togheter at the corner from the streets of Jefferson




If your about to join the set, it would be smart enough to tell that you live in the same neighborhood or 1 a 2 blocks behind the place the gang usually hangs around at so they atleast got a positive mind of you being in the ‘’ hood ‘’ , if you say that you and your brother live togheter with your mother at ganton, and that you have been coming the whole way down to Jefferson only to be in a gang, you would get surrounded and ended up with bad intensions from the guys around you. So saying that you live in the same neighborhood would be a nice start, And it would probaly be smart to join a gang since you live in Los Santos the gangcapital of San Andreas so yeah, You could expect that the biggest guys would give you a mission so you could better get prepared for what they are going to tell you, the stuff you would be able to do to put work in could be something like, robbing a store, getting dropped of at a dangerous zone from the enemy and spray there wall up and give a call back with the number you have received to get picked up, leaning out of the window with a gun when the car pulls to the side of the corner so you could shoot at the rival gangmembers , There is no such stupid senceless thing called ‘’ blood in blood out ‘’ your not getting stabbed by the mafia or something but your about to put work in for the set you claim so that’s it. Acting like a tough and real black gangster is what your position should be in the gang, if you dig to deep to act like Curtis Snow, leave that a little bit behind then, but its still nice to see you being in to roleplay like that.

I am a pretty active guy in the server almost till 11:30 PM and that would be good if could lead the faction to since i leaded the RHB faction in 2 diffrent places to, i wont name them because that would be advertising, and they are closed down anyway, i know how the street life is based at the rollin hood so i think i got the nice mentality wich would be based on the gang.
