ELM for police use

Am I allowed to use ELM on policecars in this server or? It's a mod that changes strobes and lights on the police lights thing, dont think other players can see it

Personally it's not a problem for the players, but using any type of mods similar to that i dont believe are allowed. They are seen as giving an advantage to the player using them, although it seems basically harmless. This is just me speaking from past experiences with other players in the server and Compton speaking about it.

Advantage? Better christmas lights on my car than their tree? Lol, it should be allowed.. Doesn't harm or give any advantages as the mod im downloading only contains ELM.

you can use the ELM mod and other CLEO mods that are harmless and don't give you any kind of advantage.
