[REQ] Police Skin Pack + Police Car Pack

Topic says it all - I'm looking for a skin pack for police, and a aswell as a car pack, can either be HQ or just regular, I just need some new ones, the oens I have are too dull, and if you can find with the car pack ELM ones, It'd be great.
