I am active, though I have a life beyond SAMP which makes it unable for me to log onto the server until Sunday.

How do I "stop him"? Rule 3 & 4 are being broken and nobody cares.

If you have a life (we all do) then live it, A leader/chief is someone who can come to the server everyday or atleast day after day. He supposed to be active, otherwise the faction just dies. So if you can make it to the server once a week it aint good..

I had problems that needed to be solved and now they are, meaning that I am back home and can continue on as a Chief of the police department.
