Colt's at the Faction's HQ.

I suggest that on every Faction's HQ there should be a box that if we go near it and do /openbox and a menu showed up of colts to help in combat.
The Colt should have 70 ammo.
You should wait 1h30m hour before getting another one.
You cannot use /openbox at enemies HQ's.

Not good idea, people already are trigger happy, so I say NO, and also people who won't wait 1.30h can just /q and come back and take a weapon again.

I think we should even make the Weapons we have right now even a higher price, not give for free.

When a troll makes an account he starts with 0 dollars, so he can't DM with guns. If he finds out where the box is we've got a fucker on our hands. -1

Yes, i agree with Cyan, if some noob's come online to server and will find the box, they will Troll/DM/PG.... And it would cause more DMing in the server. So -1.
