Handling several inactive-lowmembered factions

As I said, it was an idea. But now that I'm thinking of it. I don't think it's the best idea either. We just need more players.

But sadly now the server is going to deep shiiet...
gangs are a bit inactive as far as i know now, and the other awesome half of the players are in [PD] or any groups related to it.... Mark,Rick, Gary, Sebi, White, and some other foos

Personally,i don't like this.
I mean,real life gang represent theirs SET.
They don't represente Whole nation.

Take exemple :

There's many Crips gang such as : Kelly Park Compton Crips,
Nutty Blocc Crips,Hoover Crips,etc....

They represente Crips..yes
But they also reprenting their hood/set.

Why Temple Or Seville Fams would represent ''OGF'' ?
Seriously,OGF ain't no alliance between all Families.
It's was juste the Beta name of GSF.
Rockstar Games changed it before the realase but there's still tag/quote about them.

Also,i don't think it's will work.
One day,someone will be tired to rep ''OGF'' or ''FYB'' ( For LSB ) and its will spits up again.
Also,it's will be kinda shitty 'cause any nigga could say he's from Idelwood and rep OGF...

I mean,rep yo' hood or don't rep shit,simple as that.
