Evidence:
So everything started when GSF and TDB attacked us in Glen Park there was a shot out, there was cadets also... after that was finished I ran away a bit and take cover, I had a shoot out with Rhyme than in Glen, later when I drove away with my car because I spend all ammo I went to repair my car and I went to heal my self, when I was going to pizza stack I had car accident with GSF members and we rped it normally until TDB Rhyme came there with Smokey, than I had to ran away again, I went to PD I thought they will pass by, but GSF and TDB just came there wearing weapons and everything, they started with brawl and also Rhyme aimed at us, but at end it was a brawl in front of PD, Slick told me that is allowed to commit crime in front of PD if I was chased, what the fuck ? IRL nobody wouldn't start a brawl in front of PD they would pass by and attack another time, I guess so.. Also KTB members were fallowing me to PD and they died there again, because of this shit... Rule number 22 totally explain everything and there are not RP exceptions that are allowing to commit crime there :/
I don't like this reporting between each other but as I said there is rule about this :/ everyone who was involved can speak here others please don't post here.

Kat is always blaming others always for breaking rules and shit! he is always breaking rules,and then he try's to blame others for it,AKA he don't want to take responsibility for his actions!Kat should be atleast warned!

We were chasing your car and you decided to run to PD, you basically abused the rule.

There's no proof of me hitting you why do you even report me for, I was just there.

You were yelling out "dmers", we have a reason to get you.

Just to verify, yes, you cannot abuse the rule just to avoid getting killed. Locking this.

Rules have variants, exceptions. Yes, it says that we cannot commit 'crimes' in the general vincinity of the LSPD. But, if the RP leads to the Pershing Square, then crimes are allowed.

There isn't any special barrier force that protects you from crimes on PD. If you just happened to be there and we wanted to rob you / attack you, then we should be punished.

We were chasing your car since Idlewood, and you guys were well aware of it and of our intentions (To kill you).
And you just calmly parked infront of PD like nothing was happening.

That's fair, but there has been times when players go to the police station or around those two locations to avoid being killed and it was on purpose.
If the role play leads up to those two locations, it should be an exception that it's not breaking the rules.
