What did the person do?:Each time Leone is in a wrong situation,he /q.

((I told Bullet to do a ''U'' turn for ''FINISH'' them but as you can see,Leone /q'ed. ))

What do you think, how should the person be punished if he did rulebreak?: Don't know,it's admins business.But this ain't the first time he do that.This ain't a Crash or anything,he do it voluntary.

Well Keelo you did two things wrong yourself:
1: Drive-by during daylight.
2: You told Bullet to go back and shoot again.

Drive-by during daylight isn't allowed according to the server rules, and when you do a drive-by, you go past once and do as much damage as you can with only ONE time, when you go the second time you would get yourself killed by gangsters or cops IRL.

About Leone :

Maybe you realy evaded,man.
'Cause when i saw you the lastime,you was still on the bridge.
That's why i tough you /q'ed for avoid death.

Whatever,this topic is kinda useless since i can't prove if Leone evaded or no.
