The Los Santos Police Department, previously known as the Civilian Enforcement Alliance, was founded in 1859. Exactly two years after the United States captured Los Santos. Riots occurred on a regular basis and the government cared very little for the newly acquired city. Volunteers stepped up to enforce the peace that once existed.

Los Santos had a huge immigration spike in the late 60's with a raise in criminality as a result. The Police Department was lacking staff members and started mass-recruitment. Due to the already existing corruption in the department, people were against the idea that the police force was expanding.

The Los Santos Police Department is located at Pershing Square, Commerce. Since its establishment, the department has served and protected the citizens of Los Santos and surrounding areas. The officers abide by strong enforced rules within the department and are put through a series of tests and training to make sure that the officers providing safety to the Los Santos citizens are fully capable of doing so.

I decided to hold back my character's information for the sake of roleplay possibilities. This does not mean that if I were to get accepted, my character is unknown to the city and its citizens. My name is known by most and can be used in roleplay situations. The private life of my character is not revealed to the public and can be revealed by those who deem it necessary to roleplay being some kind of journalist.

I will be using most of the current topics and images as they were created by me before WCL closed down in 2014. I will revamp topics and images where needed and they will be cleared of any posts.
