I'll stay Neutral for now, I know you can do this. I just need to see some activity n' then you'll get my +1.
By the way, I believe it would be a good idea to RP OG Loc as GSF leader. Why not try something new? Don't forget we are RPing in 2013. It isn't necessary to have Sweet as Grove st. leader, we don't have to follow the Storyline - Every In-Character event should be added to the storyline. But for sure, you can RP as Sweet/CJ (CJ is co-leader in SP if I am right) or you can even make your own new character.

Edit: Didn't Kat said that Bull and Radman was in-charge? Bull is leading PD so he can't lead GSF that means Radman is in-charge. If Radman was in-charge I believe there's a reason behind it and he's capable as leader.

You got the point ;)maybe to leaded with CJ / Sweet is more original and same shit as Single Player, but ICly CJ is on really bad voice on Grove St. Also there is a lot talking about changes so, I know OG Loc as GSF leader is something new, fresh unique, we are active a lot last days and we will keep it like this

Why not, I wanna see what you're capable of, and after all, nobody is born a leader, you get to learn that as you develop your gang AS a leader, so you got a +1 from me as well.
