Character Name:Allen Reight
Character Age:35
How does your character look:Allen is a Caucasian, around 6'2", with medium-black hair.His built seems to be somewhat solid, yet not too buffed.
Tell something you know about this gang:The Los Santos Police Department(LS-PD, in short) is one of the most important factions in WCL, due to its role in taking care of the street crime, and keeping the rate of criminality at a minimum.They are split into numerous divisions, created effectively to combat given crime domains that occur around Los Santos, such as the High Speed Interception Unit(HSIU) or S.W.A.T.
Your background story:Allen was born on February 1st 1978 in All Saints Hospital, Market.Like every normal child, he went to school, and had a normal childhood.Though, unlike his fellow classmates at the time, who used to drop out of school in order to play games, or get a bad entourage, he used to study hard, in order to become what all children of his age want to, a doctor, a lawyer or a successful businessman.After having graduated Elementary School with the highest grade per 8 grades, the vision of his future profession changed.As he wanted to become a doctor, a businessman or a lawyer, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps and become a Police Officer.He was simply amazed by the stories his father used to tell him, and wanted to become just like him.He then, decided to apply for the Police training high school, where he'll have to face various obstacles, which will train and guide aspiring prospects to the Police Academy.As time passed, Allen wasn't doing so well on the Physical side, therefore he decided to hire a personal trainer, in order to improve his physical condition.His parents supported him in this idea, especially his father, who used to give him tips, and therefore his grades at PE, improved considerably as he continued practicing and training on a daily basis.The time has come and Allen graduated High School with the 2nd best grade, situated behind a much better trained James Rollings.They both joined the Police Academy, and now, Allen was even more determined to surpass his rival, and good friend James.He continued to train even harder than before, but, unfortunately his mother, Denise, got sick and needed to be put under medical observation at the local hospital.This shook Allen off balance, and, as he needed to take care of his mother more, he started to practice less, giving his rival, James an edge over him.As time passed, his mother's condition got better, and this allowed Allen to return to his daily training.Allen and James were the top 'athletes' of the Academy and were highly respected by the teachers and by their fellow colleagues.Allen's determination situated him on top of James, as he graduated with the highest grade overall.Soon after, they both applied to become Officers at the Los Santos Police Department, and, after weeks of training and interviews, they got accepted.Fortunately, the two good friends, later formed Unit 6.Allen's determination and James' cunning brought a lot of prestige to Unit 6, as they managed to get the highest arrest count per month, and later on they were both given medals for the highest arrest count per the entire year.As time passed, Unit 6 was proceeding to it's daily patrol route as they got an emergency back-up call from the radio.As they were the closest Unit around, they decided to respond.The call's location was coming from the Mulholland intersection, just across Glen Park.A shoot-out begun between the notorious Grove Street Families and their arch rivals, The Ballas.When they arrived, no other units had managed to make it, so they called for back-up and tried to handle the situation themselves.This resulted in Allen's partner, James, getting shot, and as back-up arrived, James was out of reach for the Officers.Allen was willing to risk his life for his old friend and dodged bullets until James' cover spot and managed to carry him all the way to the LSPD Roadblock, taking a gun shot to his left calf.As the shoot-out was ended and C.R.A.S.H Unit took in the suspects, James and Allen were transported to the Jefferson Memorial Hospital for treatment.As soon as they got out of hospital, they got rewarded with the Medal of Valor, and James retired, stating that he got a family to take care of, and he couldn't risk of putting them in danger.Soon after his retirement, the old chief of Police announced his, and Allen was elected by the mayor as the new Chief of Police.

Well, you are a really good roleplayer, you were leading PD before, but I still kind of think you aren't active enough too lead such an important faction as this. Just improve your activity. Neutral for now.

They're removed, but maybe the story you wrote is in a different period.
It's pretty decent overall.I wish you good luck, and I highly hope that you stay in the faction because I'm tired of all the switches with non committed leaders.If you do end up leaving the faction when you do get accepted (Probably) will lead me to know that you are not responsible for this leadership.I'm just upset with the leaders who left [PD].

Indeed, I wrote the story in a different period, when CRASH was still an active unit at the time.Thanks for the support guys, I'll do my best to get the job done this time.
@Sniffie, I never led PD on this server.The highest rank I got in PD was commander and once Co-Chief.
