I don't think CLEO is allowed. I prefer a light mod like that one without CLEO.

CLEO is allowed as long as it doesn't give you an advantage over the other players.

Indeed, I PM'ed Compton and Micklo about it and they told me it's allowed for anything that doesn't give advantages.
