| If a person is killed in the span of 20 minutes by anyone, even a different gang, they cannot be killed again by anyone else for 20 minutes, and they themselves can't kill anyone either.

| WCL already thought about this and invented the "30 minute rule"!!
However, the 30 minute rule says that only the one who attacked you within the 30 minutes can't attack you.
I think the idea is very good, it minimizes the DM for sure.
You know what, I'll give you a +1 on this.
Mmh.. I think instead of 20 minutes it should be 10-15 minutes.
