Sorry for the DP,
but.. This post is towards ADMINS.

I have given marcus the opportunity to put on the [PD] tag like nothing happened. I have given this chance because he left PD and re-joined it in less then 24 hours. Also because his active and doing a good job.

I will never give this again, to others. This was once, and it will be ONCE.

You shouldn't give him any chances if he is un-loyal.

Yet, about the punish system:

I don't think you need the "suspension" thing.
Useless and member has nothing to do during the time.

I gave him a second chance to prove his loyalty.
Thanks for the tip, but that's the punishment. If they do something wrong they will be suspended from their work.
Also I will add something:
-If you are suspended, you are not able to quit the faction.

I won't be so active tommorow, since I have the national celebration day in Belgium, and there is a training for that day, which is a must to join it if you are participating.

I know I accept fast. And you guys might think about that.
The fact is, I take off tests which are very detailed.
The 'on-field' and the 'Basic knowledge' of the PD are in these tests.
Also, if you get accepted fast it means I might think you are un-loyal.
Un-loyal / inactive people will be kicked within the first week inside the PD.
If I accept fast it's for a trial period. Every new person will get accepted from 3-4 days to see if his active/Loyal. People who are known in the server will get accepted fast and will be given a trial period. This trial period is the First two weeks you are official in the PD.
This will be added to the 'New system', stay tuned and read it!
