What do you all think about licenses?

1. Drivers License, you have to go to the DMV to buy your drivers license. You not only have to pay a sum of money but also have to pass a short driving test.

2. Boat License, you have to go to the DMV and pay a sum of money to get your license.

3. Fly License, you have to go to the DMV and pay a sum of money to get your license. ( A fly test can be added if wanted).

Note:
You will not be able to fly helicopters/planes or operate boats without having a license. You can, however, operate vehicles such as motorcycles, bicycles, cars, trucks.. Without having a license.

Fill in the poll and I'll take your opinion in consideration for further plans.

Already seen that thing in some server,it would be cool if we have that kind of script +1.

Don't really care but I voted for yes. You should script a command for [PD] that allows the officer to see if the driver has a driving license. Otherwise, people would state that they have a license in /do without having one.
By the way, you ought to add a gun license and make it harder to obtain a weapon, there would be less rule-breaking on the server and less attacks or DMing in general.

I've already made a testing-script to see if it works out and so far, I have this:

-DMV + Drivers License, Boat License, Fly License
-PD + Gun Licenses (A, B, C, D) - (This includes a shooting test)
-/showlicenses
-/revokelicense
-/addpointlic (This adds a point to the players' license.)

Any more suggestions are welcome!

i love the idea of the licenses thing it will bring more rp so i voted yes and cant wait for it to come Very Happy

Commands:

Note(s):
-I restricted the DMV vehicles so they can only be driven if you bought your license and have to do the test. If you already have your drivers license or you're not doing the test, you will not be able to drive them.
-If you leave your vehicle during the test, you will fail the test and will have to re-do it. You will have to buy a new license request. (This does not affect your money since you only lose money upon finish).

Additional Commands:
- /showlicenses or /licenses to show all your licenses to a certain player IF he's near you.

For PD:
-/addpoint, this adds a point to the driver's license. (Like in the UK)
-/revokelic, this revokes the license of a player for a time that the officer defines. (This will automatically prompt a message to the High Command of the PD - And they will have to approve it. (This to avoid abuse).

For Admins:
-/givelic, this gives a certain player his license. (I defined the license ID's as the following: ID1 is the Drivers License, ID2 is the Boat License and ID3 is the flying license)
-/takelic, this removes the license of a certain player (Same License ID's)

Anything else that I should add?

That's hard to define. Unless a player has to register their age when they make their account.

The voting seems obvious that most part of the community agrees of having this; this will come along the new saving system.
