Any other comments: I have tried relogging in multiple times, due to the bug, however it still didn't work. I had to leave to go to my dads for the weekend, so I can't try again either until tomorrow.

Explain your deagle ammo.

The Deagle was found on the Playa Del Seville beach, also why I had around 500-600 cash at the time I located it. The gun showed 7-49 when I picked it up, but I had used it against a Balla attacker which left me with around 1-49. Then I /dgun'd and /pgun'd because the gun wouldn't fire, and it showed 99-99. I attempted a bug report several times but didn't post for some reason.

I can confirm you that /pgun and /dgun aren't bugged, nobody didn't had problem with this command.. And weapons was picked and dropped more then 10000x already and "bug" wasn't there, if you picked weapon with ammo like this you should report to admins, if you hacked it tell a truth it will save you a lot of days to wait for unban, Compton will handle this I just had to mention that

I've been roleplaying for four years - the only time I have ever used hacks was in a DM server back in 2012 on SAMP. I will admit that - but I'd never do that on a roleplay server considering how much the systems have improved, and how much I've matured. I have been accused of hacking, but again, no I'd never use hacks again because it ruins your experience.

Give a better explanation to your ammo then pal, because what you wrote there is complete bullshit(excuse my french)

I can assure you I've only ever hacked once in my time of using GTA online. Maybe the gun was already a hacked weapon, and it was somehow reactivated when it was picked-up. I don't know. Point is - I rarely ever use my Velocity account. ThatSherryGuy is my main one.
No excuses, I don't hack - never will again.

What is there to believe? The story you told us looks more like your fantastic adventure on WCL. You've found a magical deagle burried in the sands of Playa Del Seville, with a low ammount of ammo, then you went out and shot some mysterious balla member(whose nickname you didn't write down) and then your deagle didn't shoot, which is absolute nonsense, because deagle shoots everytime, no matter if it's morning or night. And then you /dgunned it and picked it up and OOPS it suddenly has the exact same ammount of bullets like the deagles have at s0biet.

If there's anyone who believes this story, please, stand up and speak for yourself.

Fine, but at least telling me the nickname of the balla you shot would make it better, and a reason why you didn't report a bug if you wanted to..

Besides, your Velocity account only got registered at 24.04 which is only 2 days before your ban.

I didn't see the ballas name, he was too far away. However the Families member he was attacking which caused me to join in ICly was Big_POPE or something like that.
And I tried posting the report - three times. I think it's C&P'ed on my computer somewhere, but I don't have access to it yet.

Too bad then, and for your information, big_POPE was the one who reported you for hacking at the first place, after what I checked your ammo.

He told me he'd report me for hacking - I simply ignored it because I have no hacks installed on my computer. I assumed he'd go ahead with it anyway, which he did obviously.

I'm not going to bother responding to the fact you've basically disregarded what I have already said.
The only time I have -ever- hacked personally was on a SAMP DM server two -years- ago.
If you're not going to actually assist in the appeal, on both ends, don't bother answering.

You know what they say, when someone is being interrogated he will often admit to a smaller crime (hacking once in a DM server 2 years ago) in order to confuse the interrogators from the real crime he has committed nothing you've said makes any sense, I suggest you start speaking the truth if you want your case to be even considered

Yet people say, "Once a hacker, always a hacker" which isn't strictly true considering I know tons of people who have grown out of it. I wouldn't bring quotes into it because it has nothing to do with it. I've spoke my side.

Ok, lets come to a conclusion here... You couldn't give me the name of the balla you killed, and you are sticking to your strange story of ammo going up because your pistol didn't shoot for some reason.

That doesn't tell me anything, because there are no such bugs on this server as far as I know..
