Textures problem

As some people may have read on my leader application topic; I have a problem with my GTA, my textures aren't reloading. I tried re-installing it like 3 times, but it didn't work. The strange thing was that every time I re-installed my GTA, the mods didn't dissapear, so I think my problem lies with my mods. Normally mods dissapear when you re-install GTA, but this time it didn't. Does anyone know a solution?

Get Streamfix.asi or Memfix.

Admins can lock this. I used streamfix and everything's fine now.

Plus, when you re-install the GTA to the same UCP, mods don't disappear, they stay as long as it's the same old UCP.
When you'd restart your system entirely, then the mods would disappear.
I was re-installing GTA like that a couple of times and yep, mods stay.
