Background story (50 words minimum):My name is Chuck Harris.I am borned in Los Santos,All Saints Hospital,SA.I was a past LSPD cadet in the LSPD,I left..Then I came back again.I came back beacuse I want to help the LSPD to be a powerfull faction.My carreer goals,joining the Los Santos Police Department,are saving the Los Santos,from any crimes.I want to arrest every,single gangster in the Los Santos.I dont smoke or use any kind of drugs.
