RHB Leader - Community Vote

Hello guys, yesterday I did some pretty stupid things and messed up, bad.
I left RHB to join two other factions, and in the end I regretted all I'd done.
Dice sends me a Private Forum Message offering me the CO Leader spot.
So, I, in my situation say "yes", and take it, Dice goes on to Police Department.
Then, I edit some topics, and put myself as a leader on the ranks along with Flash.
However, he takes this as a wrong act and says I want to be come full leader.
Which is indeed true, I was planning to have a calm talk with Flash and make everything normal.
He gets very aggressive sending me "E-Thuggish" messages and I try and be calm and talk.
However, he is all raged out and mad and says he leads and stuff, which is also true, for the moment.

Now I tried to talk with Flash IG as much as I possibly could, he denied everything, so...
I want to have a community vote on who should lead RHB, Rhyme or FLASH, I'd like your opinions.
I'll put the poll for a week.

Rhyme is better leader.

I don't think this will change the fact that Flash is still leader and there's nothing you can do
