Player will warn cause of driver-drive-by but ''Noob'' ain't an insult anyways. But i think he is hacker, Once hacker kept joining with multiaccounting and since i couldn't ban him/her, He pissed me off with weapon hack, I guess this one is that hacker. I doubt it.
