You aren't in [C].
I reformed the whole division and threw everyone out.
I choose the people who I want to roll with by myself now.
I only accept the people that have very very very good RP skills.
And I'm very strict with this. Plus everyone has to start from the zero and rise.
If you really want this you can apply and I'll test you.
But come back first.

Actually you should be PO2 to apply for [C].
But sometimes I can overlook this and accept you even if you're PO1.
Depends on your skills. But learning of the PD work basics is necessary.
And btw. Connection is Captain.

But really. Don't take it personally Marcus.
I only accept people who have enough qualities and roll
with a style that fits to my imaginations of a good organized [C] team.
And everything else doesn't matter. No matter who you are.
No matter what position you have. You told me that you were the left hand in the previews CRASH team.
Well it doesn't mean anything to me.
Because the previews CRASH leader could be anyone etc.
I only had a short discussion with you which didn't show any positivity.
It only made me more skeptical about you. Then I thought
"Ok maybe he's just nervous and doesn't know what he says..." .
Started to ask you about the CRASH Knowledge you should know.
You messed up. That was enough for me. I'm sorry.
But you didn't mess up for the rest of your life.
