Tell something you know about this gang: The Leone's, the Leone's were found in Italian in the year of 1940. They are a rich mafia famiglia , they own many casinos and Resturants , both in Liberty City and San Andreas. They're big and power full , they're nice towards civilians but if you going to far against them you will be paid in full. They are doing a lot of , Drug Business , Money Business. They also sell people , smuggle people and kill people witch is called their '' enemy ''. They were often seen in Rodeo / Market. They own a resturant witch is called '' Little Italy '' in the location of Rodeo.

If you'd really read the rules then you'd know that you can't apply for gang leadership for3 months since you didn't stay loyal to KTB for three months.

Wise Guy, this rule works only if the guy applied to lead an empty faction without even being in it as a member before, and left it faster than 3 months, But as you know I joined [IM] when Demarco was leading, I was [IM]'s only member when Demarco decided to leave and I been in it back then for like a week only so I decided to take the leadership. So I had full rights to apply for the [V] leadership now.

As for Scotty's case he applied to lead [KTB] not as it's official member and when the faction was completely dead but I allowed him to make this application, but Scotty I warned you IG... Mafia is something that you should know how to lead and really like it's RP, otherwise you will get bored pretty fast(I was that kind of guy that dosent like mafia RP)

I will be honest , i stay in this faction , and if I lose all members I still will be loyal.
