Single Player features suggestion.

I was just checking sa-mp forums and noticed a server with many SP features, like Lowrider dance feature and playing pool in Ganton with other players, I tested those features and they're awesome, also that server had a basketball script and much more, I would like to see this on our server too if this is possible.
