Update v1.48 is now live! (Merged with v1.47)

Another new update! I didn't make one for 1.47, so here's the full list of everything new!

- Weapons now fully respawn on death or down. If you get "busted" however, you will lose them for good. Can be updated if players find this unfair.
- The ability to switch fight styles and weapon styles implemented. New commands: /switchstyle and /switch
- Purchased fight styles are now permanent, and their price tags changed.
- You can upgrade your weapon skills by shooting the bottles at Emmet's.
- TextDraw bugs involving the phone system and "Welcome to West Coast Life" join messages have been fixed.
- House System online and fully operational.
- All "bad mapping" AKA: "Spas12 objects" were removed
- Fixed a bug where players who had a melee/dildo/cane in their posession, would sometimes spawn with multiple instances of that weapon. [Ex: Knife (200) = Knife (1)]
- All text based commands: /me, /do, /b, /pm etc now use all 256 text bytes allocated for sa-mp. Meaning you can use two full lines to make your roleplays better and your text won't get cut off midway like it did before.
- Undercover police vehicles now have a real police siren. Tap the "car horn" button to activate/deactivate.
- Issue with player's fighting styles de-syncing should now be fixed. [NEEDS CONFIRMATION]

Coming later today as i didn't have enough time to script it tonight.

- 20 House's will be added in Ganton, 19 Motel Rooms added in Idlewood. More to be added later.
- Overhaul of drug commands. /useweed and /usecocaine will be updated and improved.
- Ammu-nation shooting range, you can improve your weapon skills here.

- Full anti-cheat integration.
- /cradio command
- buyable houses can have a personalized audio stream.
- Plainclothes officer skins with command /locker.
- Police command overhaul, inc: /jail
- Adding "dealer bots" locations to map, and possibly merging /buydrugs with /shop
