Well, it works for me, that's weird. Try to change your GTA SA exe, download the GTA: San Andreas v1.0 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed EXE, from this site Click Just scroll down till you see it, it's the last one. Plus make sure that you've downloaded the mod from the site that I've gave you because I've downloaded it from another site and I've encountered the same problem as you did, here's the link for the mod, just to make sure Click, and install the Summer pack, instead of the Autumn, Winter and Spring.
Edit: Make sure that you have Cleo 4, put the Natue.cs inside the cleo folder and the nature folder inside the audio folder, and hopefully it will work.
Note: The link is russian so, just click the second thing with the "Arrow" thing on it and it will download rightaway.

I am russian, so I got no problem with reading that haha
And, doesn't it automatically instal it? All I have are those 4 files of winter/summer.exe and etc.. I just clicked on summer and it installed it into my game folder..
Besides, I got an original GTA SA CD.

Well, that's good then. What I've done is I've let it install in a empty folder, then I've manually installed it. I would recommend you to do the same.

Nope, doesn't work as well. Might be my ENB or SteamMemFix that's causing the crash. But, i'll do without it.
thx anyway

Yeah, that might be the issue. You're welcome, any time.
