Mod problem

I have this problem that whenever I try to add new mods to my gta san andreas folder, it doesnt work. Like enb series or overdose effect, hud mod, etc. Can anyone help me out?

And I also have a question; I'm looking for this program you can use for auto-text, I don't know what its called but most people use it to perform their /do's in which they describe their character. Does anyone have the link for that?

About your problem and modding, I had same problem, but I had 2 or even more samp(s) on my computer so modding direction was from another file than file I was using to play samp, try to detect if you have more then one samp on your computer and delete it, if this isn't option to fix it I think I can't help :/ GL (as I've read you had to reinstall samp few times, that's why there might be another San Andreas on your computer)
