 Crashing problem

So,today I played SA-MP for some time,
logged off and went outside.
Later,when I tried to log on, the game would crash on the SA-MP loading screen.
I tried few times,same thing.
Tried playing Minecraft,it also crashes.
So,it must be a problem with Internet or something.
I tried restarting computer,nothing.
Can you please help me? Sad
I'm looking for solution that isn't WIN 7 reinstalling.
Thanks.

Well, you might have to reinstall your sa gta folder, this is how i fix crashes so this might help you.

Crashing happens to all my multiplayer games,not only SA-MP,
but I'll try reinstalling GTA SA.
