Hiker Michael Charleston was the first one who saw this tragedy today.
He was walking with his son by the rocks after the hurricane, when he saw a hand.
The hand was sticking out of the rocks on a remote hill in Red County, wet and dirt covered.
He proceeded to calling the Red County Sheriff's Department, police soon arrived.
Here is a picture taken by police Sergeant Jack Melancholy, it is very detailed.

The body has been identified as Tremaine "Loco" Deleon by dental records only...
The body was left there for months as forensic evidence suggests, sadly.
It was too decomposed for facial recognition alone, so dental records were the only evidence.
However, the police have found several bullets lodged into the body, and one more piece...
Two necklaces were found on the body after it was dug up by police at the scene.
One was made out of pure diamond, and one was made out of stainless steel.
Here is a picture of the diamond cross necklace, the police were baffled by it.
They asked as to why someone would leave a diamond necklace next to the body.
It suggests that "the men knew the victim in some way" says Jack Man, forensic worker.

This is not the end of the story, a swimmer, Julio Hernandez was swimming in Seville.
He claimed he was swimming after the hurricane subsided from Seville, and found a car.
It was a blue Blade in the bottom of the ocean, not very far deep down there.
The LSPD proceeded to yank out the vehicle from the water, setting it on the beach.
The beach was closed as the police investigated the beaten up car all around for items.

One shovel was found in the trunk of the car, along with an old necklace in it.
After further investigation, the police boats and divers found another shovel underwater.
The police investigators say that they believe the body and the car are linked somehow.
They say this because of the fact that necklaces were found in both situations.
Police Deputy Nick Anderson says that this couldn't of been a coincidence at all.
