What's up, everyone? I'm currently searching for a modder that'd make such HQ request. First of all, I'd like the skin to be made completly HQ as I mostly use HQ skins in my GTA3.IMG.
Also, the skin can be abit different, meaning that it doesn't need to be 100% exact as the pictures I'll post below. As I doesn't have PayPal account, I won't offer to type of real life reward for this skin. On the other hand, I can offer In-Game money, which I do believe is kind'a good since there's ain't alot of rich people on this server, right? If you're interested in taking part of this project, send me an In-Game or Forum PM and tell me how much you'd ask for this skin to be done. I won't post details/info since it's kind of useless for now since I need to find a modder first.
Here's some pictures that I'd like my skin being inspired of: (Take notes that his hair are long cornrows, ain't dreadlocks.)

Nobody will do it for IG money, I guess. If it would be LS-RP and you would offer 50-60 grands, someone would take this request, but here on WCL money ain't so big shit.

I never said I knew how to make a mod at all, what are you talking about? I only pointed out the fact that most Ballas need some more cash and poor niggas like me, maybe you thought I meant something bad by it, Idk.

It's actually one of my idol, I'm really inspired by him when I rap.
It's Roderick Burton, a rapper from ATL, Georgia. He used to be called BuCC or BuCClyte then changed to Dolla when he signed with Konvict Muzik.
He went to L.A for his debut album with Konvict Muzik in 2009. The 18 May 2009, Dolla, Scrapp Deleon (Friend & Rapper) and DJ Shabbaz were involved into an argument with a nigga. After several minutes, that bitch-made nigga opened fire, hiting Dolla several times, killing him. :'(
Here's one of Dolla song, if you're intested to listen to it. It's mu favorite one.
Dolla released this one the 15th May 2009, as he even rapped in the song, he ''died by the gun'' 3 days later. R.I.P Dolla, I miss you!

I do know modding is complicated, I never excepted a replica of Dolla. All I'm asking is HQ head with cornrowns alongs with a white t-shirt, etc..
If someone could find me an HQ nigga head with cornrowns, that'd make it. I know there's some NBA 2K12 heads that you can download for GTA SA. I just don't know shit on modding.
As I said, aslong as I can get a HD head with cornrows, it'd make it out.
