| I recommend reading this handbook to the very end in order to join the C.R.A.S.H. unit. A basic guide way to become a good C.R.A.S.H. Officer.Abilities A C.R.A.S.H. officer has the ability to beat up criminals, influence their behavior with lethal force, kill people who try to expose your business, deal drugs, deal fire arms, make fake reports if someone got shot.. Simply: A C.R.A.S.H. officer is acts like a criminal. However, using these abilities goes with a lot of responsibility and tactics. A C.R.A.S.H. officer has the ability to call in for support of Los Santos Police Department.
Using lethal force A C.R.A.S.H. officer is allowed to use lethal force on a suspect that doesn't listen or a suspect who is disrespectful, etc.. Using lethal force goes combined with a lot of tactics and responsibility. If you decide to use lethal force you should know that the suspect can complain at the main desk of the LSPD - The chief. If the Chief decides to make a further investigation about this, you'll be kicked or CK'ed. Think twice before using Lethal force.
Killing someone Killing someone demands a lot of tactics, silence and stealth. If you decide to kill a suspect or a person who disrespects you, who isn't in your business anymore or even who insults you demands some strategic. You'll have to take care of the following things:
- 911 - People will call 911 if they hear gun shots or if they see you beating up a suspect.
- His memory - If the suspect you attempt to kill survives the kill attempt he will expose your business.
- Evidence - If you don't use gloves or don't burn the evidence you'll get caught by the CID - Crime Investigation Division.
Taking an arrested suspect to a private area to do business Taking a suspect to an area to talk about business is a normal thing when you're a C.R.A.S.H. officer. However! You will have to pay attention with who you do business. Some will just snitch on you and will expose your business, you'd try to avoid these people. If you decide to do business do it wisely, make sure you follow the following steps properly:
- Calling - Make arrangements over the phone. Try not to expose who you are and what you want to do.
- Meeting place - Try to avoid crowded area's, if the persons threatens you to expose your business you will have to kill him instantly.
- Contact - Keeping contact with each other is important. Make the person you're dealing with call you, don't call him!
- Arrest - If the person you're trying to deal with just got arrested, let him in jail or try to free him, this will build up trust. However keep an eye on the other LSPD members.
- Who? - Don't take who you want, you have to watch the moment, the place, the others and how much you can trust the person.
Drugs Every C.R.A.S.H. officer deals drugs. Using drugs is allowed but is not recommended, why not? If you smoke weed the effects last for 2-3 hours. Most likely within the 2-3 hours you get an emergency call. If you are high as fuck and show up the crime scene others will ask questions and they'll keep an eye on you. If people keep an eye on you it means they will be watching you. You're business will be stopped for a while than.
Fire arms - Guns Selling firearms/guns is a very risky job. Since C.R.A.S.H. is a police unit you will have to arrest criminals and you will get into a shootout from time to time. Selling firearms to criminals is dangerous because it can be used against you. Try selling the guns to the people you're doing business with, you trust them, they trust you and won't attack you. Try not to sell guns your own - People will try to expose your business.
Tasks Demanding criminals to do tasks for you is a normal thing when you are a C.R.A.S.H. officer. You can ask to sell your drugs, to sell your firearms, to kill someone, to spy on someone, to snitch on someone, et cetera...;
Equipment Every C.R.A.S.H. officer has a desert eagle with at least an ammo amount of: 14-7, a shotgun with at least 15 bullets, a pair of cuffs, a mobile dispatch-radio, a tazer, a stungun, peperspray (Spraycan) and last but not least a baton!
Patrolling around town It's not a must to patrol with C.R.A.S.H. members only. It's easier to do business and to discuss things or to shoot down a suspect but it's not a must. A basic LSPD rule: Patrol by 2! It's strongly recommended to patrol by 2 - One updates your location (10-11) and the other one drives behind the suspect.Will be updated from time to time!
