But ever since I did I can't get IG..

Try to restart your router. Re-install samp. Re-install GTA SA. And last, I think it's because you've installed SA-MP 0.3x and were (I think) not ''connected'' with that new SA-MP. I suggest you to install SA-MP 0.3e again and check if it works then.

lol duh, WCL ain't on 0.3x, LS-RP are the only one's so far because 0.3x ain't developed until the end yet

You need to change back to samp 0.3e ... Have both installers in ur harddrive so u have to install them each time you want to play a different server.

Looks like it is solved, incorrect sa-mp version for WCL.
