| The Front Yard Ballas hang around Idlewood, Los Santos, being their only territory. They are a "lonely" gang, considering their low amount of allies. They have always had a long beef with the other Ballas sets, particularly TDB. They are the first Ballas set that formed in Los Santos, during the 70's. They have strict gang rules, like most of the other street gangs in Los Santos. They are the largest drug dealing street gang in Los Santos, specializing in crack. They are currently one of the largest street gangs in Los Santos, San Andreas. They are the ONLY registered Ballas gang, to have an alliance with an OGF set. FIB Gang Area Location for "Front Yard Ballas"Joining the Front Yard BallasIn order to join the Front Yard Ballas, you must have proper roleplay. Make an effort to use good grammar in character to improve the RP. You must be a loyal person, no gang hoppers allowed, please. You must be able to RP an African American well, if not, improve. When you are in the "process", do not ask to be jumped in. - Getting jumped in usually takes about five days. - Must show good roleplay and activity to be jumped in. - Follow server rules and don't be disrespectful.Gang SlangThe Front Yard Ballas have special gang slang they use around the hood. A lot of the slang has many hidden codes, that's what makes us slick. - "Waddup' Balla" Self explanatory, what's up, man, - "You Balla' Blockin" Stopping a Balla from doing something, usually offensive. - "FYB, slickest of 'em all" FYB is good at getting away with crimes, or cool. - "Make a cloud" Like in old cartoons, a brawl made a cloud of dust, sign for a beat up. - "Double check it" Check if a person is dead, usually used in robberies and CK's. - "I needa' go get my eraser" Used by young bangers, the eraser is the gun, used to "erase" rivals. - "Hit him with a crayon" Used a signal to hit someone with a baseball bat. - "We'll sting like a bee!" Surprise attack, usually used for large attacks, but for small ones too. - "Kill that mosquito!" Code to kill a snitch, very clever, huh?Time to AttackWhen it is time to attack you will know. There are many ways to attack enemies, They are ordered from easiest to hardest on the list, there are also attacking rules. - The drive by, the easiest form of payback or attack, it follows a simple procedure. Get in a car and get a weapon, recommend you use a sub machine gun. The drive by is a form of art, and it must be done quick and slick. Make sure you have as many homies as the car can hold, because if something goes wrong, you'll need as much help as possible, make sure they are armed as well as you!!! - The homicide, quick and easy, but many things can indeed go wrong, so be aware of your surroundings before you engage in the homicide. Check for any enemies in the area so no funny business goes on. Take a few homies with you ALWAYS to avoid being overpowered by the enemy. - The major attack, the hardest form of attack any gang can do. It can deal a WHOLE LOT of damage to the enemy, and it can also deal a whole lot of damage to your gang as well. Make sure you have the best form of weaponry you can buy. Make a plan, spy on the enemy and predict movements before engaging. When the time is right, you attack fast!!! * You need leader or OG permission to conduct a full-scale major attack... Front Yard Ballas HistoryChapter 1 It was the summer of 1971, everything was peaceful. The peace in the streets of Los Santos did not last long though. One man known as "Billy" decided it was time to get respect. He got some friends and announced the plan. He wanted to be someone, he had a very large ego. However, what could you expect from a youngster, he was 21. The small crew did some basic robberies, breaking the peace in Idlewood, slowly, but quickly at the same time, if you know what I mean. His reign of terror brought up some other small crews, claiming they wanted to "defend our neighborhood". Billy and his men did not take the new crews lightly. Billy would send his men to beat down his enemies, being too much of a coward to come along. The locals were now scared of a robbery or a beating for the first time in ten years, people were actually locking their doors now. Billy's crew had no name, while the others did, like "Razors" or "Black Mafia" or whatever the hell they were called. The first name that came to mind was the "Flats", Billy's boys thought it sucked, big time, but Billy's word was Billy's word. Soon after Billy discovered a new word, "Balla". Balla was a word used to describe people with a lot of money and power, so Billy decided to call his crew the "Ballas". The boys agreed it was a good name, and so it stayed like that. Chapter 2 It had been a year since Billy started this crew, and it was going no where, he had no idea what to do. The random acts of violence on the other crews did almost nothing to gain respect, just hate. So, Billy decided to step up his game, he had never actually sent someone to MURDER another person. He thought this would sure do it. So, he sent one of his loyal men, "Jaques". Jaques was a dumbass, he would do anything he was told to do, not even thinking it through. So when he was given a cheap kitchen knife from the 98 cents across the street, he nodded like a moron, and set out to find a Black Mafia member. He found what he was looking for near the gas station, he ran like a maniac, stabbing the man in the neck, like nothing. I guess you could say Jaques had mental health issues, but that did not matter. The kill was indeed a Black Mafia member, so it was a win slash loose situation, because now the cops were onto them, but they had the fear and respect they needed. Chapter 3 Unlike the other street crews, the Ballas had no gang colors. Billy was puzzled by what color to use, Jaques suggested purple, and Billy liked the color purple anyway. So it was done, he started getting cheap purple towels from the 98 cents and wrapped them around his face, or put them in his back pocket. I guess the other gangs thought this was funny and childish, because they didn't care really. They laughed and claimed purple was a gay color, but soon they would regret that. Billy needed to find another way to get more respect and power, he couldn't get enough. He had read on the news that the Russian Mafia was doing a great deal of damage to the city, distributing cheap weapons. Billy saw his chance, he decided he needed to get in touch with one of those Ruskies. Luckily, he actually did, he was always known as a dumbo, but this changed the portrait people had of him. He met with them down by Ocean Docks, with his boys and any money he had. They bought some weapons from them, cheap M1911's. They were low quality, but hey, it was something. Billy decided he needed more money to get the higher quality stuff. Like those Russian AK's, but that was just a dream, or was it? Chapter 4 So this brings us to the year 1974, nothing had changed really, and Billy was still low on cash, and he needed a way to get some easy money, and quick, the Ruskies were getting impatient and wanted them to buy something besides M1911's, something higher tech, know what I mean? The Ruskies were just about to end the deal on Christmas, but luckily for Billy, this was the start of the crack epidemic, 1975. So, Billy thought he could learn to cook some rock. It was hard at first, but Billy got the hang of it, and soon enough he was ordering his "slaves" to cook some as well. They started selling throughout the streets, shit was getting serious. Billy knew he ought to watch out, because there had been a recent drug bust on the Black Mafia dudes, and this sorta' ended them, there was no sign of a Black Mafia for a while, the Razors lost their only friends, so they were rolling solo now. Meanwhile, the Ballas were making big money selling their high quality product everywhere. The crackheads always returned for more, they got so many people hooked, the FIB was starting to get involved. Jaques suggested that they hook the Feds as well, the others just shook their heads, chuckling. Jaques was crazy, but he was nice. Chapter 5 The Ruskies were loosing it, but right on the brink of the end, Billy bought a few crates full of AK's and Tec's, and Mac's and whatever the fuck he could get his hands on. He was ready to exterminate the Razors, forever. However, the boys were not sure if they would achieve this with the Feds all over them, so, it was postponed. The next time they bought some guns was a year later, they had almost cleaned out the Ruskies they had connections with, finally in 1976 the Ballas returned for more, and more clips, and more rounds, and a hell of a lot more. Billy asked himself why he never got involved with those Mexican Cartel "putos". It was all going well, until the sound of a chopper was heard, then sirens, then screaming, and bla bla. Billy knew he was done, and he was too much of a coward to shoot back, so when he went outside the warehouse he was expecting a tackle and some handcuffs, not a few bullets to the chest. Billy lay there, dead on the floor, in a pool of his own blood. The cops thought his wallet was a gun, of course. Now the Ballas were blind, with no true leader, the "hardened" soldiers cried as they said their goodbyes. It was time for "Mikey" to take charge, he was some silent black man, like a lot of others, but he was mature enough to lead, at least his ego wasn't such a bitch like Billy's. Chapter 6 There was posse in Willowfield that was impressed with the Ballas progress, they wanted a slice of the pie. So they made deals and ultimately ended up as allies. So, now the Ballas were moving to Willowfield. Mikey made a foul move though, he was not satisfied with Willowfield, he wanted Playa de Seville as well. So, you know the drill, the violence spread to Seville, and well, the product of that was some angry black men wanting vengeance. Some guys named "Key-Ja" and "Woodie" or something. Just like before, they claimed that they were defending their neighborhood. So there was this huge Ballas vs Unnamed gang war going on. Somehow, Mikey fucked up, and now those nameless pricks got the upper hand. They drove Mikey and his men out of Seville and then Willowfield. They also fucked up Mikey's allies, the Red Rag Black Men, or something like that. So, now they were back to square one. All thanks to Mikey, they had lost not one, but TWO full territories, to some amateurs. It was 1978 and the way was still raging, Mikey just couldn't take back Willowfield, no matter how hard he tried. Now the whole thing got worse, those pesky bastards had moved over to South Central, so Mikey, wanting more shit apparently, moved over to South Central as well, the only thing dividing them was that railroad that divided Jefferson and East Los Santos. Chapter 7 You would think shit couldn't of gotten worse, it did, apparently there were some unknown crews in Ganton and Temple, as well as South Central. They all banded together to form this "Families" thingy majig. So, now Mikey and his men were being attacked from all sides. They couldn't handle Mikey anymore, so they planned to get him killed. Would think loyalty meant something, but when it gets this bad, you have no choice. Mikey was told to go East Los Santos 'cause they were gonna ambush some Families, in reverse, Mikey got ambushed and got executed in cold blood. So, that ends that. It was the start of a new decade, and the death of Mikey started some MORE shit. Now these two idiots called "Jaka" and "Monroe" decided they were gonna fight over who would take charge of the gang. Thanks for worsening the situation, you ignorant fucks. Now we were killing each other, and the funny thing was, that so were those Families suckers. This war had been going on for FOUR straight years, nobody even took charge. It was 1986 and things weren't getting better, only worse. Now those pricks started pumping Ganton, Willowfield, Seville, and any other place with crack, the crack epidemic got worse. However, the good thing that came out of that was that they were weakening those Families with all the crack, and we were destroying the Grove Street Families down by Ganton, and those Seville Boulevard fools couldn't do anything to stop it. Those Seville suckers started dealing drugs themselves, and it helped them somehow, it was not only a gang war, but now it was a drug war for fucks' sake! Chapter 8 Those Grove Street Families pricks thought they owned us, but no, they were so weakened, that we took a WHOLE CHUNK of territory back from them in Idlewood. We even spread over to their main bar, Ten Green Bottles. How bad could they get, it was almost worse then us, or was it just plain old worse then our situation? It was 1988, and the Grove-Ballas war was at full blast. We took so much territory from them, it was like our front yard, hence the name we have today, Front Yard Ballas. "Monroe" finally gave up and moved to South Central, where he started his own crew he named the "Rollin' Heights Ballas". Same with "Jaka" he moved to Glen Park, which is of course, why we have Kilo Tray Ballas. So, you know, I left Los Santos after I was ambushed at Lil Weasel's funeral at Los Sepulcros in Temple. Still haven't found out who's telling you this gang story? It's Kane, Front Yard Kane. Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah, now that Jaka and Monroe left us abandoned, we were leaderless, and this Smokey guy took charge. So, you know, I left to Liberty for a better life, and now I'm back. Much has changed, and I can see we've made up a bit, the Ballas I mean. So, that's my point of view, of this whole big massacre. | |
