Seville Boulevard Families History


Introduction

In deep south, east, in neighborhood overlooking ocean, one gang rules supreme with iron hand of street law called Seville BLVD Families Seville BLVD Families is one of the oldest Afro American Street Gangs based on the east side of South Central LS. Today gang and its member have plenty of registered crimes as homicides, robberies, grand theft auto, firearm possession and illegal marijuana and PCP possession. SBF is based in area called Seville, and their main street of origin is a boulevard in seville called Seville Boulevard. The gang officialy started in middle 70's,following the rise of the Ballas called gang. As the Ballas gangs got more and more power around the South Central LS streets, Seville and its residents became targets of constacts attacks,robberies beat downs and other assault by the Ballas members on their way of devastation of seeking respect on city streets. The group of teenagers and middle aged black males rised up against the ballas attacks and formed their own gang, today known as... Seville Fams.

Chapter 1 New Element (Middle 70's)

As in early 70s the Ballas formed and united ready for going on path of achieving respect and getting power amongst
the Los Santos underground, small peacefull neighborhood called Seville became target of constant attacks by Ballas
robbers,jackers, burglars and the residents would often get beated up and have their cash stolen, a group of high
school teenagers under the leadership of "two unknown teenagers. The two as being most respected
by their violent behaviour got sick of the Ballas attacking the neighborhood, so they banded other black males which
was gettin tired of crime on their block. The groups originaly was made up by like 5 members, which used to
attack Ballas robbers, thieves with shovels, pool cues, bats, brasses, knives and everything they could get their hands on.
Ballas decided to return the fire toward the new gang which was nameless at that time, from now on, the target of looting
and attacks wasnt the neighborhood itself, but it was the gang members. Local community blamed the gang that they
only brought more violence and brawl fights on the streets with Ballas while rest cheers the gang as the gang as the crew of defending their hood from Ballas attacks
and many other kids seek to join it, by 1977 gang had like four times more members than at start. Their crew got much
power and respect around the neighborhood that they started uniting all the crews in both Seville Boulevard in Eastside Seville
and Willowfield Avenue on Westside Seville, bringing whole Seville in one nation even tho their gang had no name neither markings.




Chapter 2 Families & Ballas - OGF Union Times(Late 70's,Early 80's)

The more gang earned their reputation on the streets of South Central, the bigger tension between Seville and Ballas was growing. As a result of
open war between Ballas and few minor gangs on the Eastside of South Central which was divided by railroads in middle. Numours of small gangs on
Eastside decided to stand on the way of Ballas and in protection of their neighborhood. After meeting of few gang leaders of local gangs the new
faction was officialy found - Families. The Name was taken Families because gang unlike Ballas worked as 3 different sets - Families operating
in their own neighborhood while Ballas worked as one big unit. Seville Boulevard Families controlled the Playa Del Seville and Willowfield, Grove Street
Families controlled Ganton,Grove Street and 3rd set wasnt located in South Central, however they was also in war with Ballas and they was based in
Temple Drive. The main goal for Seville Boulevard Families and other sets at beggining was to protect their hood from Ballas attackers and robbers
and to, following Crack epidemy, stop Ballas drug dealers from pushing crack into Families neighborhoods. The War resulted in many homicides and drive bies and only increased hatred between two gangs. Concerning Seville, gang was in war with Ballas from Willowfield mainly, and after 3-4 years, Seville
Families and Grove Families managed to eredicate any Ballas left in Willowfield and in 1978, Willowfield was fully into Families controll under
Seville Boulevard Families. Families managed to maintan streets of Eastside under their rule while under command of Sweet,Ryder,CJ,Big Smoke,B Dup
Big Bear (Grove Street Families), Lil Devil, Big Devil,Doom, Gamble and Emmet (Seville Boulevard Families) OG's. Seville was almost winning in conflict with Vagos and Ballas all the way untill 1985 when old kingpins Doom was arrested and Gamble got killed and Seville Set tripping Started and real grounding of Seville by Lil Dan, Keelo and their lieutenants.



Chapter 3 Set Tripping - New Gang (Middle-Late 80's)

After the Gamble's death and new leader Doom's retaking, gang was slowly felling from the once-mighty power they had on the south Eastside due to death of other OG's, Doom's lieutenants Voodoo and others, the "civil war" enraged in the set for fight over the leadership position, after the minor snitching from other side Doom and his lieutenants managed to retain the trust and loyalty from the members by killing the backstabbers just to find out another problem.
Not only the Seville BLVD Families was into a war in their structure, whole Families organization was in the starting phase of the war between them. War inside Seville Boulevard Families resulted in weakening of the gang and they lost the influence in Westside Seville AKA Willowfield. Seville Fams was busy setting out the war in their very ranks so they couldn't help Grove Street Families in war against Ballas. Temple Drive Families couldn't be much of the help since they didnt had any influence on Eastside. Following those events all the way to the 1986, Ballas flooded the Willowfield and Ganton communities with crack, visible weakening the Families gang even more to drastic measure which led to distrust of the gang sub-sets between each-other. First wave of collapse started with minor conflicts in way of leadership in 1987 between Sweet and Ryder versus Doom, Lil Dan and Keelo. Lil Devil and Big Devil tried to stop the set trip but on the way to negotiate with Sweet,Ryder and Big Smoke they was brutally drive bied and left on the Ganton Road. Lil Dan and Keelo blamed Grove Street for it and after other failures against Ballas and their refusal to deal drugs, Seville Families blamed Temple Drive for not taking any mayor role in the gang wars like Grove and Seville did. In late 1987 and early 1988 gang broke up from Families under the leadership of Keelo and Lil Dan as Doom got imprisoned few days before the official splitting up with main reasons failure in war versus Ballas and loosing power in drug trade. Keelo and Lil Dan with their lieutenants Macc,Rexxar and Ol' Fam grounded Seville Boulevard Families and continued Doom's legacy as a real single gang with no influence of Grove or Temple on them. While Grove Street Families was slowly dying Lil Dan and Keelo managed to keep it alive, and after broking from the OGF, Seville Fams started dealing marijuana and PCP which proved as success of the gang monetary and financial situation and bringing them more money and respect on the Eastside.

Tarnell "Keelo" Wallace
Status:Alive

Before Tarnell was born, in 1968, his father immigrated from Kingston,Jamaica in florida to find a new hope for his life,
following the immigrant movement from Jamaica,Cuba and Haiti into Vice City. After a year spent into Vice City, Tarnell's father moved to
San Andreas,Los Santos on West Coast of USA. He was looking for better life but he didnt had no money at all. After some time he managed to
buy a low cost appartment in Seville Boulevard and there he met a young afro-american girl. Couple soon fell in love and by 1970, Tarnell was born.
Even that Tarnell was of Jamaican origin, he acted like other afro-american kids from the neighborhood. By that time, the Seville Boulevard was poor
street and it was home of notorius gang called Seville Boulevard Families. Tarnell's childhood was very hard and rough, but he managed to get himself
homies in the neighborhood called Danny and Oscar, Danny was his neighbor in the Seville Housing Projects where only a wall divided Tarnells and Danny's
appartments while Oscar lived in other street where his father owned a Loco Low Garage. Tarnells father worked with Oscars father, he had knowledge
of cars because on wild and poor Kingston streets, he had to fix his own car and he couldnt afford paying a mechanic neither buying new one.
As the time passed, Tarnell became a hard kid, banded together with Oscar and Danny, they started doing small shop lifting, writting graffities, pickpocketing. When Tarnell was around 13 years old, he was noticed by Seville Boulevard Families gang members which was based there, and they slowly started influenting Tarnell by their lifestyle and way of living. Around 14 years, he and his homie Dan got jumped in the gang and then his whole life changed. Tarnell had to do a murder, unlike his homies, Tarnell did it ice cold and when he got his rag he got his new name, Seville BLVD Fam OGz gave him new name "Keelo". He was riding shotguns with Seville BLVD OGz and never questioned their authority, so by late 80's when old kingpin got snitched by his lieutenant, Keelo and his homies retook the leadership spot and managed to maintain order amongst SBF Ranks by executing everyone who was on the side of member who killed the kingpin. By late 80's, Keelo and his homeboy Dan got into some gang beef with Grove Street and Temple Drive OG'z and
split up with them. Keelo thought that drug dealing business is the reason why Families failed, and against Families Nation Codex, Keelo and his leutenants started selling weed around their neighborhood, which was big success for gang's financial situation. In early 90's, Keelo was arrested for Manslaught and procceeded to Liberty City Max Security prison. He was set free in 1993 because judge judged him as "Mentaly Unstable Person" and he was sent home with Psychiatrich pills which he have to consume. It is unclear did Keelo faked his insanity or its realy consequence of witnessing terryfic felonies or consuming drugs. When Keelo came back from Prison he realized that Grove started beefing even more hard with Seville because of narcotics sell,but Keelo united TDF and SBF back to allies, and later he made peace with Grove Streets new leader called "Mia" .Nowadays Keelo is main Shotcaller in the gang under the code "Pyscho Warlord" and kingpin of the neighborhood. He is known to be Rastafari Oriented, speaks Jamaican Pat'wa language, and usually could be seen smoking weed or hanging around with his neighbors Dan and Rexxar in Seville Housing Projects appartments.







Danny "Lil Dan" Browns
Status:Alive

Danny was born in 1970, in East Seville Housing Projects, his father was working as a night security in Warehouse in ocean docks while his mother worked
as cashier at Clucking Bell. Danny didnt had much friends but he usually spent his free time with his friends Keelo who lived by next door and friend Oscar
who lived in next street. He and Keelo would often spend much time together in their building making much noise and trouble for rest of the Projects community. When he was around 12, Lil Dan and Keelo was noticed by gang members of Seville BLVD Families, they two had to do a murder on an 2 undercover cops that Seville BLVD Families OG's cought spying them and giving their informations to LSPD. Keelo killed the cop fast and ice cold with one bullet in the head without much thinking, while Dan was a bit nervous but he managed to kill the 2nd cop,he earned nickname "Lil Dan" because he was skinny. Later Dan didnt cared after that about anything, he got left a bit lost and he couldn't get any help or atleast he didnt wanted. After his first murder, his marks in school fell down drasticly and his reputation was raising fast, he showed that he have a taste for crimes from early ages. in 1984, year after joining the gang, Lil Dan and Keelo became one of biggest problems in their school and in 2nd year of highschool they got kicked for causing too much fights and writting graffities. He and Keelo was known as most violent duo in the gang and by middle 80's they advanced fast in ranks, getting Original statuses. Soon after Lil Dan got 18 years old, His father got killed by some burglar which appealed actually to be a Balla that he got into beef with recently, but somehow, Lil Dan managed to keep his cool and he didnt even stressed, after the funeral, he got the harmonica which his father kept on with engraved letters "Browns" on it. Betrayal of some Gambles leutenants and Gambles death He,Keelo and Ol' Fam managed to maintain Seville and after that, they became shotcallers of the gang, Lil Dan became one of three shotcallers under code "Public Enemy" and he became a Ace OG - Second in command.
After downfall of the families and failed attacks toward Ballas OG posses in 1987 tensions in families started raising and set trippin was born. He wronged
Grove Street OGz for death of Lil Devil and Big Devil, respected Seville Boulevard Families OGs.Also SBF OGz wronged TDF OGz for fails in war against Ballas. Same year, The Families Nation (OGF) Split back to original sets and Ol' Fam was arrested for murder,Keelo and Lil Dan started selling weed against families codex, but His gang was slowly weaking.in 1990 Keelo got arrested for manslaught and in in 1992, the Grove Street OGz remade the Families nation and made every Families member united by one flag. He knew that Grove Street couldnt help much Seville so he managed to keep few OGz and BGz on his side. in 1993 when Keelo and Ol Fam came back from jail, Lil Dan was with his crew again and nowadays, He could be seen chilling in his appartment or hanging with his gang brothers. Unlike Ol' Fam (Young Fam at that time) and Keelo, he was most of the times calm and never stressed, as he was saying "When i get a lemon i dont squeeze it, i make a lemonade, and when i dont get the lemon, i kill the lemon owner and steal my own lemon". He never gone crazy and he cared about his neighborhood more than for other Families sets. Also, Dan never liked to hang around the bars and clubs but unlike Keelo and Ol Fam, he dragged more attention to girls and girls loved him, would often like to be seen with him atleast, but he never showed no love. Lil Dan have a unique weapon he could often be seen with, its .44 S&W Magnum which some parts was made of silver. Lil Dan took it from famous East Los Santos OG that Lil Dan and Keelo killed after he came back from prison, after some time, he went to engraver and engraved on gun "SVBLVDF" on leftside and "Public Enemy" on right side and "Dan" on the handler. Another thing that Lil Dan keep with him is an old harmonica which belonged to Lil Dan's grandpa,jazz artist.harmonica was passed to Dan's father, and when Dan's father died, he passed it to Lil Dan. Could be found hanging with Keelo and Rexxar in Seville Housing Projects, usually wears oversized white t-shirt,baggy pants,green chucks,white backside cap. Recognizable by his Tiny Dreadlocks hair style and his .44 Magnum which had silver-made parts.







Oscar "Ol' Familie" Chiller

Oscar Chiller was born in Los Santos,Likely in Playa Del SeVille.Actually, Oscar "Ol' Familie" Chiller never knew who his father is.
Oscar was raised by Maria Chiller in year 1967, In year 1679 Oscar''Ol' Familie''Chiller joined the small set SeVille B.L.V.D Families at early age. and he started to put in work for the hood and because of his lunatic-style of acting, he got more respect from the leader of the set Clifton''Gamble''Harris.Gamble always treated Ol' Familie (Young Familie at that time) good he was like a father to him,In year 1982 he became a Orginal Baby Gangsta of the SeVille Boulevard Families and he already had respect from OGz cuz he never questioned their authorithy. One day Ol' Familie was outside tagging in Idlewood with another gang member Eric''Lil Smokey''Powell,Idlewood was controlled by an enemy gang named ''Front Yard Ballas'',they finished there tags and got on there bikes and after the work they was on the way home but some random car stopped them and two Front Yard Ballas member stepped out from the car one of them had a 9mm in his hand, he pointed the gun at Smokey cuase he had the spraycans in his backpack,the Front Yard Balla member
laughed and squeezed the trigger. In a matter of minute, it was Blood on Ol' Families Lumber-Jacket,Ol' Familie lifted up his lumber-jacket and grabbed his 9mm and started to shoot the Front Yard Ballas members,then he drove away as fast as he could . When he came back to Seville bulevard he ranned inside in Gamble's house and told Gamble what happend. The thing Ol' Familie didt know was that he killed Front Yard Ballas leader actually. was gettin dark and Gamble left his car keys on the table so Ol' Familie took the car keys and ran outside and open'ed Gamble's car and started the car then he looked around in the car and he noticed a UZI,Ol' Familie grabbed the UZI and headed to Idlewood and he noticed some Front Yard Ballas members were chilling at the gas station,Ol' Familie started to talk too him self and drive towards the gas station as fast as he could then jumped out from the car.BOOOOM the gas station exploded and the car the Front Yard Ballas members were dead Ol' Familie started too shoot in the air as he shouted: right here foo'right here,Ball-Suckin-Strawberrys! then he ran back too Playa Del SeVille and he met some Gang members there which was actually Keelo and Lil Dan, they saw that Ol' Familie had some blood on his shirt,so they asked him what happend,but Ol' Familie said Ol' Familie : usuall shit,nothing special and then Lil Dan said: "yeah indeed usual shit" then they heard police sirens,the police car came towards Ol' Familie,Ol' Familie lifted up his UZI and grabbed it and started shooting at the police car,the police car stayed and the driver was dead. Keelo was looking at Ol' Familie Keelo was shocked all he said was: Maan chu are a maniac! The murdered Ballas was actually Gang Leaders and this 187
made Young Fam raise up trough ranks faster gettin name "Old Fam", reaching OG status and by 1988 Ol' Fam gets arrested for attempted murder and served a 5 years sentence. in
1993, now already Ol Fam is one of 3 OGz along with Keelo and Lil Dan. Ol Fam is known as one of most talented graffiti writters on eastside and its
well known that he dont care about nothing but banging and survival.






"Rexxar"
Status:Deceased

Rexxar was actually born 1973 in Texas, following crack disease, his mother became a crack addict and his father died when he had 4 years. When he was 5 years old, his uncle took him unnoticed by his mother which was on crack and moved with young boy to Los Santos in search for better life in big city. His uncle managed to buy a cheap apartment in East Seville Housing Projects, neighboring Lil Dans and Keelos appartments, becoming closest neighbors. Just after few days, his uncle got killed, which made Rexxar feel the very harsh reality in the neighborhood when he was very young. He never found out his real name and lastname,cause his uncle didnt brought any birth papers of him,however, Rexxar got his name from cartoon called "T-Rexx which Rexxar would often watch on TV when he was kid, Lil Dan,Keelo, Ol Fam and Macc was often calling him Rex, which was name of protagonist of cartoon. He had very hard childhood, trying to survive alone from early age, people say that it made him go hard and have no mercy.
Main proof of that fact is that Rexxar was usually bullying younger kids in school and taking their launch from them. Rexxar got himself in a crew
with other criminal minded kids, Lil Dan who was known as chatterbox of the group, always wanting to be in middle of everything, also Keelo who
in his early teenage years showed himself as mental unstable and sociopath person, also there was Ol' Fam who would often spend his day tagging outside
and Macc. Following Ol Fams,Lil Dans and Keelos joining the gang, Rexxar was next on the step,he pledged his loyalty to Seville Boulevard Families 3 years after Lil Dan and Keelo, by doing a homicide with knife on a ballas member waiting him in highschool. After the murder, Rexxar wouldnt give a F**k about nohing because after all, he was no one and nothing, he didnt had no ID papers, and noone knew his real name. That only made him live his life careless more, killing and stealing more which caused him to reach his respect faster. His hatred toward society made him become a real threat to it, his face was always angry and he kept bullying anyone but his gang mates. After Fams splitted up and Keelo and Ol Fams got locked in the jail, Rexxar, one of OGz already was Dan's right hand in maintaining the streets untill they came back. In early 90's, Rexxar is now one of Big Time OG's in the gang and usually could be seen hanging with his boy Macc, rolling with Keelo or eating Lil Dans food up. None still dont his real name, including himself. Rexxar is also known to be shy when its about girls, totally oposite to Dan.






Jamal "Eiht" Iverson
Status:Deceased

Jamal Iverson Aka Eiht was born around 1975 in Willowfield 6Th.Street. He had very violent and criminal childhood which led ending himself in Los Santos
Corectional Facility at age of 14. He was spending his years there till age sixteen. Meanwhile while Jammal was in Correctional Facility his father died in a homicide in 1990 in gang war between Families and Ballas. His mother named Jessica Iverson passed out year afther his father death because of drug overdose.J amal finished his elementary school in correctional facility parentless.After he done school they released him outta' correctional facility and sent him to his cousin Danny Browns Aka. Lil' Dan which had a residence in Eastside Seville,Seville Boulevard Families,Flat 11 to live with since he had nowhere else to go. Jamal was visiting Los Santos mechanic school in 1991 but soon he left all behind because of the criminal activity he started getting affilated with. After hanging out with gang members that Lil' Dan used to be close friend with he got influenced by the lifestyle they was living.
Jammal still tried to avoid the gang issues but after some slowly he was more into the gang as a member and when he had 17 years he found himself into the middle of gang violence in the Los Santos. After he got jumped in the gang, they gave me him new nickname - Lil Eiht. Eiht was known around as just a youngster who tried to avoid the gangs and troubles and now he is known as one of the soldiers in the gang Seville Boulevard Families. He was actually recognized by his representing Westside Seville - Willowfield and his home 6th St' and rapping for Green Masta Records and group Seville Most Wanted.
