I don't know what to say man.
First of all you are not known on the server so it means
that nobody knows your RP Skills and your Leader Skills.
And actually you can't apply for a faction that doesn't exist.
We aren't on SOLS so we actually don't make this donating things.
But you should talk with Compton about it and ask him first.
I also don't think that this faction is useful now.
The server needs more players and the PD is empty at the moment.
So there are more important things than your dream faction now.
Talk with Compton before you post useless applications.

This Application should be locked for now.
And deleted if Compton won't accept this.

I'm not really sure if we need the NG...We currently need the LSPD filled up, cause Compton is just in it...Anywho, just apply to join the LSPD instead.
