Correct, some people (most people) don't think about it..it's hard to explain. They just do shootouts and never at least TRY and organize a nice brawl. So it's us basically,

Yeah, it shouldn't involve rule changes though. We need to ALL get it inside our heads that brawls have to be done more often, that way we won't ignore opportunities for brawls and pull out guns, feel me?

How about.

Outsiders cannot have guns only bats. and to prove that they loyal etc. They need to brawl. And usally the offical members be with them.

Bro, the server is rather inactive, we have almost NO outsiders, so, Idk what that would do, and rule changes are not necessary.
