PLEASE HELP ME WITH vorbisfile.dll missing!!!!

Hey, everytime i try to launch the server or press connenct, it says '' The program can't start because vorbisfile.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem '' can someone help me please, i cant get online cause of this

No, just archive/extract it to your GTA San Andreas Directory

you need to instal a better gta sa that one you installed is missing stuff
