Seriously,also,everytime we come to TDF,we either die,or come back to PD with less then half of HP.

And.. None of gangs show us fear,after all.
They else shoot,run,drive away or insult and disrespect us.
And I don't know how,but members of TDF even after frisking and dieing,have deagle and AK-47 with more then 200 bullets.

Okay' U Can say this but other things for PD has to be cleared too.

2.I never pulling someone over with an d-eagle, I maybe made it when I did it on TDF , because they ALWAYS ( ALWAYS ) starts a shoot out.
3.I actually never drove on wrong side of the road as I can remember.
4. Bringing arrested PPL To PD Garage and frisking them is realistic.
5. I actually do not pull over everyone who is passing, you might take it like that, I take it as everyone non RP driving. aka driving reackless / To fast etc.

Jail isn't enough strict here, 5-10 minutes for crimes are nothing!
As a smoker, i can go to jail for murder, etc.. (IC), i just go smoke and when i come back, i'm already out.

If people just drive off when you pull them over, give them 30 minutes of jail.
Giving bigger penalities will reduce this kind of behavior/actions, i guess.

Do this and you won't have problems with the cops:
- When you will be arrested and don't have a chance to escape, don't try to evade or shoot - just stop and surrender.
- When you will be arrested for a serious crime, but you have the chance to escape with no shooting (if the cop has his guard down) - you can try it.
- If a crime happens in your area and you get heat, run away instantly. Don't just hang around like nothing happened, because cops may arrive, even if there are none online.
- If a cop wants to talk to you, speak normal to him, so you can get him away and keep minding your own business. Talk normal to him, sometimes rude, but don't insult him or you will just draw attention.
- If you begin to get frisked often, start hiding your weapons. If I know I will get to deal with the police, the first thing I do is to go and hide my pistol somewhere with '/dgun'.
- If the cops arrive to a crime scene - run. If you're in a brawl or a shoot out and the police come on scene, take it as a tip that it's time to roll out. Don't attack them no matter what.

I follow this formula and so far in 7 months as a criminal, I have shot down 0 cops (except one corrupt who was going to kill me, borderline NonRP). I've been arrested four times, only twice for a serious crime. And have been harassed and forced to work under corrupt cops three times.

No, my post was valid and related to the topic fully. Your post just called everybody who doesn't role play properly with the police "retarded, dumb and lazy player who would bitch". You implied that you improved yourself since then, does that mean you were such a described player before? This topic is to help the players and inform them, not to insult them like your post did. How would I feel if I'm new and make mistakes and some more into-the-game player says that I'm retarded, dumb or lazy and I bitch? The beginning of my post contains instructions that I think help the topic, not "bullshit" - your post just contained insults, scattered ideas, bragging yourself up and misinformation (not knowing there already is a CK rule).

I helped regarding this problem by keeping a good PD faction while I was leading it, helping in setting several server rules that protect and help the PD and most of all - trying to control my faction's involvement with the police, as a co-leader. What did you do, apart from causing as a faction leader, enough police trouble before for Compton to consider removing the Desert Eagles (luckily Lil Dan saved the situation).

We had first non-SP factions for month or so after server came in.
I managed to drag your ass to server 2 months after non SP factions got removed.
