IMG Tool - Used to open .img Files like gta3.img. This mod can be used to installing Modifications to your GTA SA.
San Andreas Mod Installer - Used to Install Modifications to GTA SA. This Software automatically creates a backup for the replaced file in the gta3.img, making uninstallation of Installed mods easier.
Game Recording Tools
Fraps - This tool can be used to GTA SA and other games to record Gameplay. If its not registered (bought), there is a maximum time limit of recording.
