- Controls and manages every part of the LSPD -

- Can fire, demote, promote, fine and suspend members -
- Has every permission -
- Commander -
- Co-Leader of the LSPD -
- Only one member space on this rank -
- Controls and manages every part of the LSPD -
- Can organize and control operations and missions -
- Takes the responsibilities of the Chief (when off-duty) -
- Has every permission, unless overruled by the Chief of Police -
 - Captain - | - Can do individual police work at any time.
- Can use a police vehicle - cruiser, motorcycle, unmarked or truck.
- Can use a police helicopter at any time.
- Has access to the full weaponry (all available weapons).
- Can place road blocks at any time.
- Can write tickets and fines to civilians.
- Can join police divions.
- Can give orders to lower ranks.
- Can interrogate priority suspects.
- Watches and controls the working process of the lower ranks.
- Can lockdown city buildings at any time.
- Part of the LSPD High Command team.
- Can lead police divisions.
- Can organize and control operations at any time.
- Can do media releases at any time.
- Can call up the police officers for a line-up at any time.
- Can give officers earned medals and ribbons.
- In full charge if highest rank on-duty at the moment.
