Pretty much resumed but, yeah, only official members should be able to use the locker, if they need Cadet's help, they'd need Chief, High Ranked Member Permission
I'd say CPT create a gate on LSPD, which blocks the way to the lockers, and only give the CMD to enter it to the official members.

EDIT:There is a problem, which is: There is a friend here, a friend there that reveals the CMD to the unofficial member...

EDIT2: This would be good also for 1 thing, the locker abuse, for some players who pick PD skin, take the guns, and then they take their gang skin back.

Well anyway the problem has been solved. I just locked the official police officer skins only to players who have a [PD] tag on their name and removed the ability for cadets to take heavy weapons such as Deagles and Shotguns from /locker.
