| News reporter: Good day, Los Santos, this is Channel 6, Los Santos news, and ofcourse, the incredible news reporter Michael Garcia. Today, in Ocean Docks, moored one big ship from Cuba (marked X in the map), which sailed trough The Panama's Canal.  The ship was full of Cuban's refugees which were escaping from still going civil war. As anyone knows *reporter laughs*, Mr. Fidel Castro still controls the Cuba, but there are rebels who is trying to fight against Castro's mode. One of the refugees is Rico Montana, known cuban mobster, but, Cuban police couldnt get enough evidence to bring Rico Montana into the jail. *Rico Montana:
