They're Joey Dunn's, and I'll share the mod list I/he have/has. But only download them If you have a good computer specs. Follow the numbers. You should setup SRT3 first or you'll have grey trees.The computer specs that Joey Dunn (( creator of the topic or w/e )) uses:
ATI Radeon HD 6850 1GB 256BIT VGA
AMD Phenom x4 945 3.1 GHz Processor
4 GB RAM
500 GB HDD Click to download. This mod will change too many road and building textures. This mod has auto setup.  Click to download. This mod will change palm textures.  Click to download. This mod will change effects in game. Explosions, smokes etc.  Click to download. This mod will add effects like bloom, reflection etc.  Click to download. This mod will make the game colorful.  Click to download. This mod will make sky and weathers too realistic.  Click to download. This mod will change interior textures.  Click to download. This mod will change radar textures.  Click to download. This mod will change road textures.  Click to download. This mod will change shop textures.  Click to download. You MUST download it or your games textures will load lately.  Click to download.This mod will change lots of weapons.  Click to download. This mod will change sounds of game.  Note: That means "Download All". Not including 12nd and 13rd mods.
