Get in your gta sa folder, open the handling cfg and scroll down
You can see a date : 1999, means that they worked since 1999 on GTA SA
And 2004 was the first release. : 2004-1999=5 years, see how great GTA SA is?

You know, the exact same top note is in the GTA Vice City handling cfg, also in GTA III's, GTA III = 2001 - 1999 = 2 years of work, you should know by now that with GTA III, VC, and SA they just reused everything and editted it, just look at the old trailers and you will find it very familiar with the game before (first gta VC trailer looks like GTA III, first SA trailer looks like GTA VC)

No, actually not. Because i thought they worked 5 years on GTA SA. And how can you make a great game in 3 years? Impossible in my pinion. GTA SA Cant be stoped. Classic Game no.1 . I dont know anyone who didnt play it for once. Just look at GTA IV, great physics and great graphics. But the gameplay sux, the story sux. It's impossible to make a better GTA then GTA SA tho. And GTA V got the same graphics like GTA Iv, i bet :S.

Yeah, that would be cool. Or a complete new story, with gta iv graphics, in San Andreas. Just like 6 years after GTA SA' story. CJ became older and shit. Hood if fked up again or w/e.

GTA4 does have great graphics, but face it, NY sucks.... if they made the GTA5 with GTA4 graphics in a more Gang'ed storyline like in SA, & based the game in Miami, or LA, then the game would be fking Amazing, offcourse without the GTA4 shitty styled peds that look like crap, if they keep it more like that of the Families & Ballas, then the game would be fine. GTA SA lifestyle > GTA 4 crappy lifestyle.

Yea, they need to be in a ghetto place like Miami, in Dade County, Broward County, Tallahassee, Orlando, Jacksonville, Savanna, Atlanta, or even LA. But putting it in a place where it's just tall ass buildings isn't that fun, you can't even speed in a car when trying to get away from the police, plus the other places are more ghetto and would be more fun to play in.
