Motel gang meeting ruined by SWAT
Officers of the SWAT division storm a Willowfield motel after a 911 tipA Willowfield located motel briefly turned into a war zone in today's LSPD SWAT raid, leaving six dead and three arrested. After an emergency call, several SWAT officers responded to the location of what was supposed to be a gang meeting. On scene, the area and nearby roads were immediately cut out for civilian safety as the officers approached the building. Inside of it, numerous gang affiliated members, most of which armed, engaged in an open shoot out with the law personnel. Suspects were arrested or taken down as SWAT moved through the building in a safe and secure pace. The injured suspects were then transported to the County General Hospital in Jefferson for emergency injury treatment. Upon the building frisk, weapons such as pistols, sub-machine guns and even assault rifles such as the AK-47 were found in different places. During the incident, the units reached a barricaded room, from where gunshots were opened. Using explosives from a demolition expert to breach the then closed door, officers moved in and took down the gunner, who then turned out to be a wanted suspect for homicide with an active warrant for it. He was considered armed and dangerous, evading the police before hand, as his unfortunate death turned out to be a relief, taking one more person down off the already somewhat crowded wanted suspects list. The crime scene units discovered a victim's dead body, whom was murdered not-of-and-before the arrival of the police. Further investigations and interrogations will be made to discover the reason of the death and if the meeting was centered around it and turned out to be a ritual gang killing.
