What were your previous name's/accounts and/or Gang/Faction's?: I have none on this server.
What's the name of the Gang/Faction your Applying to be Leader of?: Russian Mafia.
If you are in the Gang/Faction, how long are you in it?: I am not.
If you are in the Gang/Faction, what's your rank in it?: I am not.
Is this Gang/Faction active or in-active?: In-Active.
Why do you want to lead it?: I wish to lead the Russian Mafia as I believe that it is a very woeful sight to see a great faction waste away in inactivity. I believe I can bring a very Russian tinge to this mafia and all roleplay surrounding it. I will quickly enforce a rank structure which shall consist of something similar to that of the Russian Bratva (literally meaning Brotherhood). It consists of the starting rank which is the Shestyorka, which translates to Associate, after you put your work in and stamp your authority upon the mafia, you move up to the Boyevik, which translates to warrior. Under the Boyevik, you can be 3 types of it, the Kryshas (enforcers, who protect businesses and such), Torpedos (contract killers) and then the standard Byki (bodyguard). Up yet again from the Boyevik is the Brigadier, a captain of whom is in charge of a small group of me. I will personally see that brigadiers take Shestyorkas and such under their wing to teach them the ways of the Russian Mafia. Above Brigadiers you have the 'Two Spies' which basically mean they watch over the Brigadier to see that they don't get too powerful (this happens in mafia structures and often causes conflict) then you come to the Pakhan. The daddy, the ruler of them all. The Godfather if you like. I know I may not be known here but I guarantee that I will not make a bad job of this and I will drive the Russian Mafia into activity. I will also fit the 4 groups of the Russian Bratva into this Mafia, the groups are, the Elite group, led by the Pakhan, they are non violent but very administrative people. Then you have the Security group, led by one of the two spies, they keep the peace between the mafia and other affairs. Then there is the Support group, the group that is led by the other spy. They do watching over and supporting the working group, whilst they are collecting money or kick ups. The working group. The group performs burglaries, thefts, prostitution, extortion, street gangs and other crimes. They are watched by 4 brigadiers.
Do you have any members, ready to make Official members if your App. gets Accepted?: No, but I will quickly find some and put my hierarchy into working order.

I thought about your words.
I put myself into your position.
And I have to agree with you.
Well it's very hard to make a Mafia active here.
So a Mafia needs a very good Leader.
And I know David and I know that he's a good RPer that's why I voted for him.
But I actually didn't even see your RP skills.
I took your chance away without checking your RP skills.
That isn't fair!
I voted for David and I will keep my vote.
