Game keeps getting bugged

Alright I've witnessed this thing a lot of times in my life but never brought up a topic about it. It started to annoy me already and I've seen people have their GTA SA's overloaded with mods and they don't have this issue.

Well as some of you might know, this bug of disappearing textures when you install a few mods for your game, the textures start to disappear and sometimes it gets really annoying

If anyone has any solution for this, please let me know

-I've tried Steam memory fix, it doesn't help that much

-Don't suggest to remove my mods, because that is not the solution that I am looking for.

You need Cleo 4, and it wont disappear

do you use any cleo mods? wayne might be right, since i got cleo 4 and im not using any cleo mods probably, it doesnt get bugged anymore, you should try.

He can't use Cleo mods without Cleo 4.

It will work, it's working with me without Cleo 4.

I just click the '' Cleo 4 '' folder, then copy and paste where I have GTA duh.

Anyway I never had big deals with any CLEO mods, so if you can please send me a link to download the required thing and tell me how exactly do I install it and do I need anything else beside the CLEO.
