[FND]Snow mod

As the title says; I found an awesome gta sa snow mod.
It works perfect for me, and it looks really good.
You can install the snowfall by following the steps in the readme.
And you can install the snow texture by using alci's or spark's(easiest ones)

To change the settings of the snowfall, press on CTRL-NUMLOCK-+

I'm not sure who made the snow texture, but it was a guy named Conez on another forums who posted the topic.
If you know who made the texture, drop a pm so I can add his/her name.

Because if you don't have CLEO, it installs it for you.
Nothing happens, it was the same with me.

Just install a version of CLEO, I prefer CLEO 4. But CLEO 3 has some old skool awesome CLEO mods.
